Join us for our pasta-making workshop series, held every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30–8:30 p.m. Led by Executive Chef Luigi Iannuario, each hands-on class explores time-honored Italian techniques, including hand-mixing, shaping and cutting fresh pasta dough. The session also includes a curated three-course tasting, with an optional wine pairing available.
