Our Story
Born in Milan, Italy, Luigi Marco Iannuario discovered his passion for food in his family’s tiny kitchen, where he learned to cook under the guidance of his parents and grandmother. After earning his culinary degree from the prestigious Istituto Alberghiero “Carlo Porta” and working with legendary chefs like Gualtiero Marchesi, Luigi built an impressive career across Europe and the United States.
